What are the gifts -- and challenges -- of relating to people who have different temperaments? How can introverts and extraverts understand and communicate better with each other? How can both concrete and abstract thinkers contribute to the analysis of problems? How can those who make judgments based on logical, objective reasoning and those who make their judgments on contextual, value-based reasoning work together? How can we all achieve a better balance of analysis and judgment?
